| Agents representing the Mary E. Ellis Trust, owners of the new San Juan Building 900 Winslow Way on Bainbridge Island, have signed leases with five major tenants.
Most of the first floor will be occupied by the DLR Group and Wenzlau Architects, while the majority of the second floor will house offices for West Coast Paper, San Juan Navigation and Pacific Rim Companies. |
