HomeAdvisor.com has assumed the top spot for brokerage and home-listing aggregator sites on the Internet Home Buying Scorecard for summer, complied earlier this month.

“We’re pretty excited, we’ve worked pretty hard over the last few months making HomeAdvisor.com everything about the home, from buying and selling, to improvements and furnishings,” said Matt Heinz, a HomeAdvisor Technologies spokesman. “We’ve been a pretty close second for a while, so it’s great to see us move up in the rankings.”

HomeAdvisor, which has home listings, and relocation, mortgage, furnishings and home improvement services, picked up a score of 6.38 on a 1-to-10 scale, under Gomez’s criteria, which involves more than 200 factors, ranging from a Web site’s download speed and ease of customer use, to customer service quality and timeliness of home listings.
