Construction has begun on the Port Orchard office complex Miles Yanick and Company designed for Dr. Bruce L. Yoder, DDS. The 11,000 square foot, two-story building is the first of an seven-building, high-tech commercial development, called Pottery Professional Plaza.

The building design includes state-of-the-art telecommunications and a fiber optic network that accommodates high speed internet/voice data connections for tenants who require broadband access. Construction is scheduled for a December completion.

The approved master plan includes six two and three-story commercial buildings, one existing building, parking areas, and landscape design for the 8.6 acre parcel on Pottery Avenue adjacent to Tremont Village.
