| Doogals, the Bainbridge Island restaurant that was shuttered last summer, will be torn down in the near future. The property it sits on, situated at the prime northeast corner of Winslow Way and Erickson Ave., will be redeveloped as a mixed use project.
The building, which was formerly a part of restaurateur Dick Kelstrup’s Captain K’s chain before it was sold, has been on the market for the past eight months.
The owners, the Magnano Family Trust, will reportedly develop the site themselves into a new building that encompasses retail, office and residential spaces. |
