| The Bremerton engineering firm of Art Anderson Associates recently won three marine technology research and development contracts as well as one for demolition management in Alaska.
One marine contract is for the design a scrubbing system for diesel engines so they avoid pollution of the atmosphere while the second calls for the development of a modular floatation system for commercial and military use. The third contract is for a generic specification for installation of a fuel cell propulsion plant in commercial vessels.
The demolition contract calls for the firm to provide construction management services to oversee the $2.3 million demolition of the old Alaska Native Medical Center in downtown Anchorage. |
