| The Realty Alliance, which announced the ranking of its members at the annual conference in held recently at Amelia Island, Florida, has ranked Windermere Real Estate first among 49 of the largest regional real estate firms in the country.
REAL Trends, a national real estate trade publication ranked Windermere as the nation’s largest regional brand in a special report included with its annual REAL Trends 500 issue. The report ranked the leading residential brokerages that are also local or regional franchisors and licensers.
Windermere, which has five Kitsap County offices, was first in three out of the four rating categories, in the Realty Alliance rankings, including residential sales volume, closed residential transactions and number of offices. Windermere was the only Northwest firm to rank in the top five of all of the Alliance’s rating categories. Windermere ranked second in the fourth category — number of agents, with 4,331. |
