Triplex okayed north of Poulsbo Place
   The Hamilton Court Triplex Site Plan was recently okayed by the Poulsbo City Planning Director. Approval was granted to construct a two-story, 5,400 sq. ft. residential triplex on the 12,233 sq. ft. site located immediately north of the Poulsbo Place development. Access to the project is proposed to be from the Poulsbo Place “D” street cul de sac.

Due to its proximity to Poulsbo Place, the developer intends for the triplex to blend in with the architectural style proposed for Poulsbo Place.

The property is zoned high density residential and is currently undeveloped.
