Mitch Morey captured top honors and received the 1999 Top Producer Award. He was also named to the multi-million dollar club and received the Park Shore Diamond Award. Paul Young, also a multi-million dollar club member, was named the Top Listing Agent for 1999.

Felecia Zapatka was honored as the 1999 Top Selling Agent and named to the million dollar club, while Wendy Crenshaw was recognized for her contributions and enthusiastic approach in assisting both agents and staff with the Most Inspirational Award. he also received the million dollar producer award.

Other multi-million dollar producers include Jim Freeman, Sandy Elijah and Gabrielle Freeland. Elijah and Freeman also received the Park Shore Diamond Award for outstanding production during 1999.
