| A proposal submitted by Olympic College for two revisions to the Olhava Master Plan has been approved by the Poulsbo City Council. The approximately 20 acre site in question is situated in the northwest corner of the project, which is located at the intersection of SR-3 and SR-305.
The proposal consists of two amendments to the plan. The first would reduce the buffer for one of the identified wetlands, while the other increases the maximum building height for the college building from 30 to 45 feet.
The site plan review application proposes construction of a 38,000 square feet classroom and administration building with supporting infrastructure. The proposal includes parking for vehicles and bicycles, plus a bus stop for Kitsap Transit, and an education trail through the site. |
