Gagnon joins Bremerton office of Parametrix |
| The Bremerton office of Parametrix recently hired Rick Gagnon to add to the firms civil engineering and wastewater conveyance and treatment expertise. He brings 35 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management for municipal and privately funded projects.
Gagnon was employed at Parametrix from 1986-1991 and worked on numerous landfill closure projects and civil site design projects. He left to pursue a career with Kitsap County, where he managed its wastewater utility and wastewater engineering division. Gagnon now rejoins the firm and will be working on the Charleston Beach Sewer Replacement and Veterans Memorial Park Project in Port Orchard.

| InterLocking Software announced that two more city governments, Florence, Ariz., and Riverton City, Utah, are successfully up and running on the companys Permitting-in-a-Box all-in-one system.
The new system replaces both cities outdated paper-based systems. Florence has also invested in InterLockings portable field inspection device, which enables inspectors to access and enter information into the permitting system directly from field computers; and the public Web portal component, which will allow residents to review permit status information directly.

Builders Bargains looking for a lending hand |
| Builders Bargains Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap Countys non-profit retail store, which is in its third month of operation and runs primarily with volunteer labor and donated materials, is in need of volunteers.
Lending a volunteer hand includes working a four hour shift, either 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Various positions and responsibilities are available such as cashiers, warehouse workers, sales associates, drivers and drivers helpers.
