KCCHA granted approval in Poulsbo |
The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority has been given the go-ahead by the Poulsbo City Council to construct 16 multi-family housing units on a site located between First and Front Streets.
The buildings will accommodate low to moderate income families in six separate structures. Fourteen units are proposed in a townhouse configuration and two units as apartments.
