Reynolds opens land use and environmental issues law practice

Dennis D. Reynolds, attorney at law, has opened a private practice on Bainbridge Island specializing in land use and environmental issues. Reynolds is well known throughout the region as an aggressive advocate with a winning record in land use issues.

He has 21 years experience as a land use specialist with Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP in Seattle. Previously he was a public attorney for the Department of Fish and Wildlife and a special counsel for the Department of Ecology.

Reynolds has significant experience in government regulatory, environmental, fishing, land use, hazardous waste, natural resources, water law and Indian law issues. He has worked extensively in matters involving the Growth Management Act, Shoreline Management Act, state and federal Environmental Policy Acts, State Pollution Control Law, State Water Code, Clean Water Act, State Hydraulic Code, as well as other state, local and federal regulatory and zoning matters.

In June, Reynolds was recognized by CEO magazine as “One of the Top Lawyers in Washington.” He has also represented the Home Builders Association of Kitsap County and the Building Industry Association of Washington on many significant land use cases.
