There have been numerous articles regarding the SEED project and its benefit for the economy of Kitsap County as well as what it offers for the requirement of a healthy lifestyle for future generations. Can ISC explain to the public if their attempts to get on SEEDs bandwagon is under false pretensions or whether they really have obtained the approval from directors of the SEED project for this questionable and contradictory arrangement?
It seems sinister and suspicious that ISC continues to Back the Track where the public, the logical, and the environmental concerns outweigh their desperate attempts to provide roughly three weekends a year for this recreational facility which will not even benefit the majority of Kitsap County citizens.
