Kilmer vs. McMahon
I’m addressing a recent statement Derek Kilmer made about Lois McMahan, his opponent in the 26th District Senate race.

Kilmer said he was “able to get things done on issues people care about.” A Democrat, he serves under a Democrat Party-run Congress (both houses) and Governor’s seat. It is much easier to get a bill passed in this environment. McMahan never enjoyed such an advantage, yet she still worked tirelessly and relentlessly to get legislation through that I and many others care very much about and has received numerous awards for her efforts.

She has kept the public informed of the ramifications of certain bills for years, whether she is “in office” or not, and deserves the thanks of every small business and property owner in our District!

In the next election, people will realize Lois McMahan was right all along and vote for her. She warned of the undermining of personal property rights. It’s happening now. The misuse of Imminent Domain has come to roost right in our own State. Your business, your home, your land is no longer safe. Who better to have representing us than Lois McMahan who has been tracking the misuse of our Constitution for years and knows what to do to rectify it?
