Sex Predators
Lets see, Olympia voted to protect people based on their heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, and gender expression or identity, which means having or being perceived as having a gender identity, self-image, appearance, behavior, or expression, whether or not that gender identity, self-image, appearance, behavior, or expression is different from that traditionally associated with the sex assigned to that person at birth.

But if an uncle rapes a 12-year old niece, the new law on sex predators has no effect because they are a relative. Relatives commit about 90 percent of these crimes the experts tell us. Too bad the 12 year olds don’t have a lobby or legislature that is looking out for them too. I guess when they vote, they can, if by then they care enough about such things, remember who left them to “negotiate “ for their lives.
