LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Democrats

Concerning your most recent editorial about the difference between Democrats and Republicans, and letting the reader make up their mind about what you are:

You say, “…I feel like a man without a political ‘home.’ I’ve never left the Democratic Party — but often wonder if it’s left me.”

What that makes you is the same thing it makes a lot of us Democrats here in the middle that believe in common sense, personal accountability, and less government — lost.

You’re absolutely right. Neither party wants us — except on election day.

On another subject, I see The Sun is looking for new community columnists. They should bring you back — you were the only one with any common sense.
