Regarding your article, L & I Senior Managers Told to Find a New Job in the December 2004 edition: Since when did so-called “Sources tell BIAW” cut the mustard for accountability? Who were these “sources”? Perhaps as explained in the article, “those “b*&%$#ds” at BIAW?
    Even more disturbing was the quotation in the article from the BIAW Report that “Even if Rossi loses, BIAW has an Attorney General we can count on and a 5-4 majority on the Washington Supreme Court”.
   Since when did a volatile special interest organization such as BIAW gain presumptive majority ownership of our highest court? The Washington State Supreme Court is accountable to all of our citizens. Not any special interests nor the “b*&%$#ds” at BIAW.
