We are writing to urge each and every person who does not want Wal-Mart in Poulsbo to sign a petition stating such. To be eligible to sign there is only one requirement: you must do some shopping in Poulsbo. You can be any age and live anywhere.

If you would like to sign a petition, contact me, Stephen Augustine, at (360) 621-0418, or go online to www.stopwalmartinpoulsbo.org and sign the online petition. Urge your friends, relatives and neighbors to sign the petition if they do not want Wal-Mart in town.

Time is of the essence and numbers truly speak. One of the ways Gig Harbor kept Wal-Mart out of town was through the sheer number of signatures on their petition against Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is not a done deal!
