In North Kitsap, our 10-year land use war against small local builders has been a success! We have completely destroyed the new housing market under $225,000. There’s only four stubborn affordable homebuilders who have four new single family homes priced under $225,000 left in all of North Kitsap.

If we can encourage North Kitsap Commissioner Chris Endresen to increase the proposed impact fees from $1,974.40 to $9,044.69 we will most likely drive the remaining affordable home builders out of business and North Kitsap will be free of private affordable home builders.

Next up on the hit list will be all the remaining builders of new homes over $225,000 until we have achieved a complete shutdown of the building industry in North Kitsap. Then our no growth plans will be a success.
