| Talk about irony. I just set down the copy of Hard Drive: Bill Gates and the Making of the Microsoft Empire that Ive been reading and picked up the latest issue of the Kitsap Business Journal. On page B-7 I discovered the article Business etiquette and appropriate business behaviors, which listed the most rude and annoying behaviors and pontificated that rudeness costs your business.
Well, according to the book Gates was rude on the phone, interrupted, did not show appreciation of peoples work, used plenty of profanity, was a slob regarding appearance, imposed his time on others, and criticized people in public all the time. All while on his way to becoming the most successful business person in history.
