My experience in campaigning with Jan for the primary is that she has a great deal of energy and commitment to offer as well as a capacity to grasp complex issues and work toward positive solutions and results. I believe also that Jan will be able to go into county government with the most sincere desire and ability to work with her fellow commissioners in a constructive manner.

From my conversations with and observance of Jan, I feel confident that partisanship is not uppermost in her desire to make a difference. In this race I believe she offers the best opportunity to achieve balance in policy decisions that affect the economic vitality and quality of life of our Kitsap community.
