| Your article on the VCB was not only accurate, but long over due. The antics of the VCB vending work outside the county is not a new concern, its been happening as long as Grant (Griffin) has been there. His stubbornness to believe there is anyone local that can do marketing and advertising work, just supports his own belief that Kitsap County is a small podunk community with nothing to offer other than his own cushy job.
I suggest if he finds it so difficult to deal with the local talent, he should just leave. I personally feel that three separate ad campaigns in as many years is simply a waste of money, and that a firm in Seattle has a better understanding of the Kitsap market than people who live and work here, is just as flawed. He is benefiting from natural growth and crowding of outdoor recreation on the other side of the water, which is bringing people over here, not anything related to his campaigns.
