| With so much marketing, media and creative talent right here in Kitsap County, it is sadly disappointing to see local organizations like the Kitsap Visitor and Convention Bureau outsource promotions, like their new “visit Kitsap” campaign, to Seattle agencies and vendors.
What upsets me is the fact that they did not allow any local bids on the project, and in fact, it would appear they did not publicly disclose the bidding process whatsoever.
Would somebody explain to me how this is good business for Kitsap County?
