Real Customer Service
It seems we always hear about complaints, but seldom do we hear about the good things that happen or about good companies.

Last year, we had a booth at the Kitsap County Fair. We took a walk around looking at all the booths and we saw this one for a sign company. We thought maybe it’s time to get a new sign made to hang in our booth.

There were a couple of young girls there who were very helpful. One of them came over to our booth to see what our product was, and for size and color. I explained that what I wanted was a sign with a picture of our product. It wasn’t very long after that she came back with a copy of what it would look like.

I am a very particular person and I was so pleased with what they brought me. I told them once what I wanted. What they brought back was perfect — picture and all. So I ordered two signs. These are large signs — 10 X 6.

They called us like they said they would to pick them up and were so nice to deal with. What a pleasure. You just don’t find this much any more.

Their prices were so much less than signs we had made up previously at another company. But it was the service that was so unbelievable! We have since ordered more signs for other products.

The company name is Sign Town USA. The girl that did such a wonderful job — with personality plus — is Marnie.

I highly recommend this business. I have never had any dealings like this before. From a very satisfied customer.
