Nicole Y. Miller has joined West Sound Workforce as a Kitsap County staffing and recruitment specialist. Miller has several years of human resource experience and most recently worked as a human resource coordinator in Chicago. Her strengths in recruiting for accounting, CPA and bookkeeping candidates as well as her payroll and benefits experience were key to joining the West Sound Workforce team.
She will handle screening, interviewing and recruiting employees for West Sound Workforce’s Kitsap County and Bainbridge Island area business clients. “Nicole is a highly organized and dedicated individual,” said West Sound Workforce Poulsbo Branch Manager Jesse Bainbridge. “She has already demonstrated she knows how to best source and match local candidates with client companies and we’re excited to have her on our team locally.”
