Kitsap Bank announces two new directors
Olympic Bancorp, the parent company for Kitsap Bank, announced that two prominent local business owners have joined the board of directors. Elected at the annual shareholders meeting in February were Jeff Swan of Port Orchard, and Wade Perrow of Gig Harbor.

Swan is the longtime owner of Evergreen Lumber, Inc., which is located in the Port Orchard Industrial Park. His firm is one of the largest lumberyard in the Pacific Northwest, with clients in Kitsap, Pierce, King, Jefferson and Clallam counties, as well as on the east side of the mountains as far away as Moses Lake.

Perrow owns Wade Perrow Construction, L.L.C., in Gig Harbor, and is a commercial builder. His firm specializes in medium to large sized building projects throughout the Puget Sound region. The company is also known for annually producing a colorful, salmon-inspired wall calendar that is in great demand every year.

Swan and Perrow join current board members: Helen Langer Smith, chairman; Cydly Langer Smith, vice chairman; James E. Carmichael, president/CEO; Carl D. Cramer, president, Farrell’s Pharmacies; David W. Gitch, retired president/CEO Harrison Hospital; and Robert C. Mathwig, owner, Family Pancake Houses.
