West Sound Workforce has recognized three local residents during the last quarter of 2005 for exemplary work efforts, including its own Employee of the Year selected from among the Poulsbo and Gig Harbor office support staff.

Nancy Hahn of Poulsbo, was selected as Employee of the Month for October based on client company submissions for temporary staff placements. Bremerton resident Chris Chin was named Employee of the Month for November, was a clear choice based on client company submissions. Melody Graham of Port Orchard was named 2005's Employee of the Year. Her efforts as front office receptionist and staffing coordinator for the past two years have impressed her co-workers who nominated her.
