David Ollerman has joined the Silverdale Home Loan Center of American Marine Bank as a loan officer. In that position, he’ll assume lending responsibility for Kingston and the Olympic Peninsula markets.

Ollerman, a Kingston resident, comes to American Marine from KeyBank where he served as a Community Development Loan Officer, providing low to moderate income earners mortgage solutions, down payment assistanceas well as rehabilitation loans to low income housing communities.

Prior to KeyBank, Ollerman worked in the Phoenix area for four years as a sub-prime home equity lender for HomeGold, a finance company there, and also served as a mortgage broker for three years.
