Rice Fergus Miller Architecture and Planning, LLP, has hired three new staff members, bringing the firm size to 22. Two employees have earned certifications as well.

New to Rice Fergus Miller are Sirima Rajpreeja, Jeremy Southerland and John Ales. Rajpreeja joins the firm as a technical designer, assisting the firm with housing, fire/emergency services and community projects. Southerland and Ales are both project designers. Southerland will focus on health care and community projects, while Ales will concentrate on the firm’s single and multifamily housing projects.

Partner Mike Miller recently received his NCARB certificate. John Ales, soon after joining the firm, earned his LEED certification, becoming the first Rice Fergus Miller to have the credential.
