Bremerton Chamber executive director
earns IOM recognition

Silvia L. Klatman, IOM, executive director of the Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce, recently graduated from the Institute for Organization Management, a four-year professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, held at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Two former executive directors of the Bremerton Area Chamber are also graduates: Sen. Betti Sheldon (D-23rd District) and Rep. Beverly Woods (R-23rd District).

Graduates of Institute receive the IOM professional designation, signifying completion of almost 100 hours of nonprofit study and dedication to the nonprofit profession.
