Matthew Wech has been appointed operations branch manager at the First Federal Savings and Loan branch in Port Townsend. He is responsible for all personal and business banking, as well as consumer loans. A 15-year veteran of the customer service financial industries, Wech joined First Federal after previous posts as a financial consultant for Washington Mutual in Port Angeles and Edward Jones Investments.

First Federal has branches in Port Angeles, Sequim, Port Townsend and Forks, and a loan center in Poulsbo.
