Joyia Rubens a principal at Rubens Insurance Agency, is the new president of Kitsap Insurance Professionals for the 2003-2004 year.

Other officers of Kitsap Insurance Professionals are president-elect Suzanne Day of Anchor Bay Insurance Managers, secretary Barbara McBride of Bratrud-Middleton, and treasurer Barbara Seitz, of National Insurance Professionals Corp.

KIP welcomes all insurance personnel to its meetings, the third Thursday of each month at 6 pm for social hour and dinner with a program at 7 p.m. Beginning in September, KIP will meet at the Silverdale Red Lion.
