Jim Martin of Poulsbo was recently named Rotarian of The Year for the Poulsbo/North Kitsap Rotary Club. Rotary’s President, Jim Shields, recognized his participation and contributions in the club and community.

Martin is the Club Service Director and is very active in expansion of a new club in the Kingston area as well as working with other service clubs in North Kitsap and creating greater awareness of Rotary’s role and activities in the North Kitsap area. He has been a member of Rotary since 1988.
