Mercury Online hires two multimedia designers

Bainbridge Island-based Mercury Online Solutions, a specialist in large-scale networks of kiosks and digital signs, have two additions to its creative department staff.

Brett Tanis-Likkel and Kim Sajn have joined the firm in response to the growing demand for digital display programming and design support from the company’s clients.

Tanis-Likkel assumes the role of lead multimedia designer and has been working in creative design for the past nine years. He co-founded Plastic Labs, a design firm in Seattle, has been an instructor at South Seattle Community College, and most recently worked as a freelance designer.

Sajn will serve as the lead multimedia programmer, with more than 22 years of experience in systems design, computer languages and artificial intelligence. He has won a number of awards for his work in multimedia and Internet system designs.
