Entertainment Northwest has names James Hoyt as its new Vice President. He will oversee all the day-to-day operations of the Special Events division, including client relations; event booking, planning, training and trade show production. He will focus on growing the operations of the Northwest headquarters in Kingston and the opening of new offices in Everett, Tacoma, Portland, Spokane, San Francisco and Vancouver B.C.
