Kitsap Community Federal Credit Union has promoted Ron Baker to vice president and internal audit manager and has named Carl Paulino as a new real estate loan officer.

Baker, a Gig Harbor native, brings over 20 years of financial service experience to this new position. He manages the Internal Audit, Compliance, Security and Fraud Investigation functions for the Credit Union. His focus is on managing the overall risk to the Credit Union and safeguarding member assets.

Paulino brings seven years of conventional, government and sub-prime real estate lending experience to his new position. He will focus on growing the organization’s mortgage production, increasing public awareness of KCFCU’s mortgage products portfolio and will also concentrate on extending service hours to better meet member’s needs by providing night and weekend appointments.
