| Charles Smith of Little Norway Toastmasters Club 1154 in Poulsbo, recently earned the Advanced Toastmaster Gold Award. The award is the highest communication recognition award given by Toastmasters International.
Smith gave 40 speeches, trained Toastmaster members and conducted a leadership program for the Boys Scouts of America Troop 1541. Smith established and strengthened communication between Troop 1541 and Cub Scout packs in the area.
Little Norway Toastmasters Club 1154 meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, at 7 p.m. in the Poulsbo Public Library, lower floor. The public is invited. |
