Kitsap Community Federal Credit Union has promoted Paula Pack to the position of Support Services Manager (KCFCU). Pack brings 18 years of credit union member service experience to the position. She will focus on building strong communications with other branches and departments to keep high quality member service a top priority as well as enhancing support operations, with process improvements and continual spotlight on product development.
