Kitsap Community Federal Credit Union (KCFCU) recently named Susan Whitford as its new director of Information Technology (IT). She will lead a team with over 20 years of IT experience.

Whitford will focus on streamlining of internal processes, providing accurate and consistent availability of member information and expediting member transactions. She will also be tasked with improving the quality of all automated processing and accessing correct member data and information as well as investigating future technology enhancements to maximize the efficiency and minimize the cost of providing the technical infrastructure for KCFCU.
