| The International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) recently honored Tom Baker of Puget Sound Electrical Training with its Journalistic Excellence Award at the IMSA Annual Conference.
Baker authored an article on telecommunications for the IMSA Journal, a national publication for traffic signals, signs and markings, public safety dispatchers and other traffic safety related areas, that was recognized with the Outstanding Editorial Contribution award.
Locally Puget Sound Electrical Training offers electrical continuing education classes for electricians. Baker is a certified traffic signal electrician and writes an Electrical Code column for the IMSA Journal.
