Boyer returns, Simpson departs for FBI training

Sheriff Steve Boyer was one of two Law Enforcement CEO’s from Washington selected to attend the FBI National Academy for a two-week police executive development seminar in Quantico, Virginia. The FBI provides executive level training for local police agencies throughout the nation and in some cases other countries at no cost to the agency.

Chief Gary Simpson, commander of the Sheriff’s Civil/Records division was selected to attend the Academy’s ten-week command/management course, also in Quantico, which provides extensive management training for police executives.
