Well known local stockbroker Jim Hamner has joined the Poulsbo office of US Bancorp Piper Jaffary. Hamner, who was most recently with the Silverdale office of Merrill Lynch prior to its closing, is very active in community affairs, having served as past president of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce and Bremerton Symphony, as well as serving as past chair of the West Sound Chapter of the American Red Cross and past chairman of the Sinclair Landing Association. A member of Silverdale Rotary, he is also the current president of the Puget Sound Naval Bases Association,
