Jim Minder has joined Viking Community Bank as vice president and small business relationship manager at its Poulsbo office, located at 18960 Highway 305 N.

Minder is a graduate of North Kitsap High School, Washington State University School of Business and the Pacific Coast Banking School. He brings 24 years of experience in lending including SBA financing, bank operations and business development to the institution.
