| The late Bob Price, co-owner of Westbay Auto Parts, was honored as the Northwest Industry Leader of the Year by the Northwest Automotive Boosters. The presentation was made at the NAB annual Gala and Auction held on Jan. 20 in Seattle.
The event drew 105 attendees from throughout the Northwest to the annual event which raises funds for community organizations and automotive scholarship and education programs.
Price, who passed away in January of last year, was an industry activist and major supporter of automotive education programs, and was active in supporting Kitsap County secondary and post-secondary automotive training programs. His son, Ken Price, accepted the award on behalf of his father. |
