David Farr has signed on as director of marketing with Washington Engineering. The Bremerton firm is a multi-discipline, architectural and engineering services corporation. It provides services to a variety of clients such as cities, counties, port districts, educational and military facilities and the private sector.

Services include architecture, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as construction support services.
