Bay Ford sales manager Dick Chase has been named as the recipient of the Port Orchard dealership’s 4th Quarter 2000 Flying Fish Award for outstanding employee achievement and job performance.

Chase was honored for performing above and beyond the customer service standard as determined by his peers and customers.

“Dick has been with Bay Ford so long that there are only one or two employees that remember when he wasn’t here,” stated Dave Harty, Master Technician and a previous recipient. Chase has been with been with Bay Ford since 1977.

The Flying Fish symbolizes a unique species of fish that breaks traditional barriers and Bay Ford identifies its top-performing employees with the award.
