After spending the past six months in retirement, well known Bainbridge Island banker Ron Tweiten has “unretired.”

The popular banker who took an early retirement when North Sound Bank sold out to Frontier Bank, just couldn’t stay away. He’s now working as a trust department representative for Frontier Bank. The bank has a full service trust department headquartered in Everett with clients receiving local service at each branch. That’s where he comes in.

Tweiten is also teaching a series of classes for business owners and potential business owners on putting together a business plan for the Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo Chambers of Commerce.

The class varies from the norm in the fact that each participant will come away from the class with a business plan tailored to his or her individual needs.

He is also doing some business consulting for individual clients in the areas of strategic planning, goal setting, and what he termed, “...helping clients get a handle on the big picture of where they are in their business, where they want to go, and how to get there.”
