Susan Laroza retires from Kitsap Bank

Susan Laroza, who started with Kitsap Bank as a teller in 1969, has retired as a vice president after 31 years with the institution.

She has served as an officer in the bank’s administration staff in the Operations and Accounting department, and made a large contribution to the success of the Kitsap Bank’s state-of-the-art computer banking programs, electronic services and online banking.

“Working for a family owned community bank that cares about its staff and customers, like a family, is the reason I have stayed with Kitsap Bank for so long,” she said.

She plans to travel with her husband who is also retiring and with her grandchildren.
