| Tracy Rose, manager of the Kitsap Way Burger King, has been named Manager of the Year for the Northwest. She competed with 300 restaurant managers from five states for the honor, which came with a plaque and week long cruise to the Bahamas.
Rose has been employed with Burger King for 18 years and has been in management for the past 12. Her selection was based upon operational excellence, leadership, team development and community involvement — which includes involvement with Kitsap Mental Health Services’ (KMHS) annual golf tournament, The Burger King Golf Challenge. Her numerous other community activities and fund raising opportunities for KMHS were cited in the award. |
