| Joseph Payne, P.E. has joined the staff of Bremerton’s Art Anderson Associates, expanding its marine engineering division. Payne, who signed on as a senior electrical project engineer, is a registered Professional Engineer with 17 years of marine electrical operations and engineering experience, involving casino vessels, offshore oil rigs, ocean tugs, dynamic positioning vessels, and diesel-electric propulsion. He also brings extensive experience with American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) classification requirements, including the development and presentation of training seminars for ABS on Marine and Offshore Electrical Systems.
